1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Prevent Maintenance Limited to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Prevent Maintenance Limited (trading as Prevent Maintenance) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Prevent Maintenance provides exterior property maintenance services including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning and treatment, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, exterior repairs, weathertightness assessments, building washing and hard surface cleaning. Services are performed as described in the relevant service quote or agreement.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided in good faith based on available information. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided at the time of quoting. Any variations will be communicated before additional work is undertaken.
4. Access and Site Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring Prevent Maintenance has safe and reasonable access to the property and all relevant areas. The client must disclose any known site hazards, fragile surfaces or special access requirements prior to work commencing.
5. Payment

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7. Property and Asset Protection
Prevent Maintenance takes reasonable care with all property during service delivery. Prevent Maintenance is not liable for damage to items that were not identified or secured prior to work commencing.
8. Liability

9. Chemicals and Environmental Management
